Registration and Attendee Management

  • Provide registration software tool and staff to communicate with attendees for registration

  • Collect fees if required

  • Create reports:  attendance, housing, food and beverage, etc.

Speaker Management

  • Work with speakers to get recordings, or speak live during the event.

  • Collect bio's and head shots

  • Have speakers sign recording consent forms.

Hybrid Event

  • All the components of a live event, and a virtual event.
